1. Getting Started – Your First 5 Minutes on CodeSkillBangla

How do I create an account?

Go to the homepage → Click “Join Free” or “Sign Up”.
Use your Gmail, Facebook, or just your phone number (we support Bangladeshi +880 and Indian +91 numbers).
You’ll get a 4-digit OTP instantly. Enter it and you’re in!

I forgot my password No tension. Click “Forgot Password?” on the login page. We’ll send a reset link to your email or a code to your phone. Takes 30 seconds.

How do I enroll in a course?

Browse courses from the top menu (Web Development, Python, Android, Competitive Programming, etc.).
Click on any course → Watch the free preview videos.
Hit the big green “Enroll Now” button.
Choose one-time payment or monthly EMI (we support UPI, cards, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer).

Pro tip: Every new user gets 7 days FREE access to our “Zero to Hero” bundle. Just enroll and explore – no card needed.

2. Managing Your Account & Profile

Update name, photo, or bio: Go to My Profile (top-right avatar) → Edit Profile.
Change language preference: We have full Bangla subtitles + English. You can switch anytime in Course Settings.
Download course receipts: My Account → My Purchases → Download Invoice (PDF ready for tax or reimbursement).
Delete my account: We respect your privacy. Go to My Account → Account Settings → “Request Account Deletion”. We’ll send a confirmation email. Data is deleted within 48 hours (except what we legally need to keep).

Subscription / Lifetime Access If you bought a course with “Lifetime Access”, it stays in your account forever – even if we launch a newer version, you get the updates free.

3. Learning Experience – Making Classes Feel Easy

How do I track my progress? Every course has a beautiful dashboard. You’ll see:

Percentage completed (e.g., “You are 67% done 🎉”)
Next recommended video
Practice problems & quizzes with instant results
Weekly streak counter (we give badges when you code 7 days in a row!)

Mobile App Experience

Download our Android app from Play Store (search “CodeSkillBangla”).
iOS version coming soon (we are testing right now).
All videos are downloadable for offline learning – perfect for slow internet or train journeys.

I finished a course – where is my Certificate? After you reach 100% and pass the final project:

Go to My Learning → Completed Courses
Click “Download Certificate” (PDF + shareable link)
You can even add it directly to your LinkedIn with one click!

4. Technical Support – Fixing Common Problems

Video is not playing / buffering

Check your internet speed (minimum 1 Mbps is enough for 720p).
Try switching to 360p quality from the video settings gear icon.
Clear browser cache or try Chrome / Firefox / Edge.
On mobile: Switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data or vice-versa.

Code editor is not working Our in-browser code editor (for Python, JavaScript, Java, C++) works best on Chrome. If it’s stuck:

Press Ctrl + Shift + R (hard refresh)
Or use the “Reset Editor” button inside the lesson.

I see “Something went wrong” error Take a screenshot and send it to support@codeskillbangla.in with these details:

Your device (mobile/laptop)
Browser name & version We fix 95% of issues within 1 hour.

Internet is very slow in my area No problem! All our videos have low-bandwidth mode and full downloadable MP4 files. You can study completely offline and sync progress when you’re back online.

5. Payments, Refunds & Billing

Refund Policy – Simple & Student-Friendly

Within 14 days of purchase: Full refund, no questions asked.
After 14 days but before 30 days: 70% refund.
After 30 days: No refund (because we already gave you lifetime access + updates).

How to request refund Go to My Purchases → Click the course → “Request Refund” → Tell us in one line why. We process refunds in 3–5 working days to your original payment method.

Every course has a Discussion Forum where you can post doubts in Bangla or English.

Q: Are your courses in Bangla or English? A: Mostly Bangla explanation with English code and subtitles. We teach like a friend sitting beside you in Bangla medium.
